1. Scope & Uniqueness of Vintage Pieces

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through the LYRA online storefront. Please note that our products are strictly **curated, unique vintage and secondhand garments**. Due to their vintage nature, minor signs of age, authentic patina, and character wear are normal characteristics rather than defects. Detailed condition ratings (Mint, Excellent, Well-loved) are clearly specified on each product.

2. Purchase Contract & Payment Terms

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected items. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage pieces, inventory is locked once ordered. We accept the following secure manual payment methods:

• Prepayment (Bank Transfer): The full amount must be transferred to our bank account within 7 business days.
• Crypto Prepayment: The exact Euro-equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC), Solana (SOL), or Litecoin (LTC) must be sent to the designated wallet address.

Orders will only be packaged and dispatched **after the full payment has been cleared** and credited to our account. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 7 business days, releasing the unique item back into the public gallery.

3. Shipping Fees & Delivery

To guarantee safe transit, all unique collectors' items are shipped via Insured Value Transport. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of **5.99 €** globally per checkout. Delivery times generally range between 3 to 7 working days once payment is credited.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be requested via email at returns@lyra-archive.com. Since each garment is unique, returned items must be in the exact condition they were received. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
